Practice Schedule

2008-2009 Fall/Winter Practice Schedule

The 2008-2009 Fall/Winter practice schedule begins Monday, August 11, 2008. All practices are at Trousdell. There will be no age group or novice practice at Myers or Jack McLean until after the high school season is over in November.

Seniors

MWF: 5:30 - 7:00 AM
Mon-Fri: 3:45 - 6:00 PM - Bring running shoes on Monday afternoons.
Sat: 7:30 - 10:00 AM

Pre-Senior

MWF: 5:30 - 7:00 AM
Mon-Fri: 4:45 - 7:00 PM
- Bring running shoes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Sat: 7:30 - 10:00 AM

Age Group I & II

Mon-Fri: 5:30 - 7:00 PM
Sat: 7:30 - 9:30 AM

High school

Mon-Fri: 3:30 - 5:00 PM

Pre-Age Group

Mon-Fri: 3:30 - 5:00 PM

Novice

Mon-Fri: 3:30-4:30 PM, 4:30-5:30 PM or 6:00-7:00 PM
You must talk to coach Gerry to determine which practice your child attends in this group.
For the week of 8/11/08, please attend the time you signed up for.

Challenger

The time and place are yet to be determined. Challenger will begin the week of Aug. 18 and the practice schedule will be announced the week of 8/11/08.
